1. About Us

These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of goods by Hawx Pro (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our website.

3. Orders

Pre-orders or early bird purchases are clearly marked and may have extended dispatch times.

Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched.

We are not responsible for bank or payment provider fees.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs

Weather

Manufacturing delays

Events outside our control

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

Please inspect goods upon arrival and notify us of any issues within 48 hours.

6. Right to Cancel (Consumer Regulations)

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

In original condition

In original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items.

If goods arrive damaged or faulty, we will provide a prepaid return label.

We reserve the right to reduce refunds if goods are returned used or damaged beyond inspection.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

Custom, personalised or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.

7. Warranty & Product Use

Our tools are designed for professional use. Misuse, modification or improper care voids any warranty.

We are not liable for:

Failure to follow safety practices

Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

All logos, branding, product names, images and designs are property of Hawx Pro.

You may not reproduce, copy or distribute any content without permission.

Customer information is used only to process orders and improve services.

We do not sell customer data.

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our control, including:
